The only white wine in this collection. Sandy (23%) blond loam steep coastal quartz clays combined with meticulous manual viticulture create a wine of texture, poise and enduring intensity. Barrel fermented and aged for 5 years before release.

An expression of this great earth, a 100% Syrah named after the rocky soils on Waiheke's coastal single site; The 8 Vineyard. Influenced by the great Cote Rotie in the northern Rhone valley where Luc studied and worked.
